For the dough:

  • 200 g Grated Emmental cheese
  • 150 g Butter
  • 0,5 cups Whipped cream
  • 0,5 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 250 g Flour
  • 0,5 tsp Baking powder

For painting:

  • 1 Egg yolk
  • 2 tbsp Milk


For the dough:

  • Put the grated cheese in a bowl.
  • Add the butter and whipped cream and stir.
  • Add salt and paprika and stir in.
  • Mix the flour and baking powder, add and knead.
  • Shape the dough into small balls, flatten and place on a baking sheet.

For painting:

  • Whisk egg yolk and milk and spread on top.
  • Bake at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
