Ingredients
 

  • 0,25 tbsp Fennel seeds
  • 1,5 tsp Coffee beans
  • 1 tbsp Coriander seeds
  • 0,5 tsp Caraway seeds
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 1,5 tbsp Sea salt
  • 2 tbsp Sweet paprika
  • 1,5 tbsp Black pepper
  • 0,5 tsp Ceylon cinnamon powder
  • 0,5 tsp Cumin

Instructions
 

  • Put everything except turmeric, papirka sweet and cinnamon powder in a coffee grinder and grind finely. At the end, mix in the turmeric, papirka sweet and cinnamon powder
  • This spice mixture goes well with all fondue, raclette, cheese salad and other cheese dishes.
  • Store the spice mixture in a dark place and tightly closed
