Ingredients
 

For the tomato sauce

  • 1 Onion
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 can Chunky tomatoes
  • 1 pack Sieved tomatoes
  • Salt pepper
  • Oregano and thyme

For the cheese and ham rolls

  • 125 g Macaroni
  • 6 slices Cheese
  • 6 slices Cooked ham
  • 30 g Grated Parmesan
  • 50 g Grated Emmental

Instructions
 

  • For the tomato sauce, peel the onion and sauté in oil.
  • Add the chunky and pureed tomatoes and season with the spices. Bring the sauce to a boil and let it cook for 5 minutes but don't forget to stir 🙂
  • For the cheese and ham rolls, break through the macaroni 1-2 times and cook according to the instructions on the package. After cooking, rinse the pasta briefly with cold water and drain well.
  • Put the tomato sauce in a large baking dish.
  • Spread the macaroni on the cheese slices, roll up and roll in ham. Place the rolls in the tomato sauce, sprinkle with the Parmesan and cheese and cover the tin and cook for 25 minutes in the oven preheated to 180 ° C. After the 25 minutes, remove the lid or aluminum foil and finish cooking for 10 minutes.
