Ingredients
 

  • 250 g Croissants - noodles
  • 200 g Any strong cheese, grated or cut into smaller pieces.
  • 3 Piece Thicker onions cut into rings
  • Butter for frying
  • Salt pepper
  • Chopped herbs to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet. Pouring off. Mix with half of the crushed cheese. (You can also use leftover cheese here) Pour into an ovenproof dish and spread the rest of the cheese over it. Sprinkle with pepper.
  • Preheat the oven to 200 ° circulating air.
  • Gratinate the pasta and cheese mixture in the hot oven for 10 minutes
  • In the meantime, fry the onions in the butter until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper.
  • When the pan comes out of the oven, spread the onions and the frying fat over the pasta. A few chopped herbs on top and you have a delicious, quick lunch.
  • We ate a green leaf salad with it.
