Ingredients
 

  • 120 g Cold butter
  • 500 g Sour cherries
  • 100 g Brown sugar
  • 180 g Wezen flour type 405
  • 0,5 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 0,5 tsp Almonds
  • Icing sugar for dusting
  • 6 Bullets Vanilla icecream

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (convection: 160 °). Grease the portion cups. Wash the cherries, remove the stems and stone them. Divide the cherries in the prepared molds.
  • Dice the butter and knead with your hands with the sugar, flour, cinnamon and almond slivers to make crumbly crumbs. Distribute evenly over the cherries.
  • Bake the crumble in the oven for about 25 minutes, until the fruits are soft and juicy and the crumbles are golden brown. Remove and dust with icing sugar. Place 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream on top and serve immediately.
