for the cream

  • 90 g Sugar
  • 130 g Butter
  • 100 g Ground almonds
  • 1 tbsp Water
  • 600 ml Milk
  • 2 packet Vanilla custard powder
  • 120 g Sugar
  • 250 g Quark
  • 200 g Sour cream
  • 500 g Cherries

for the sprinkles

  • 250 g Flour
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 100 g Melted butter


  • For the shortcrust pastry, knead all the ingredients together and press the pastry onto a baking sheet (30 x 25 cm) with your hands.
  • Mix the pudding powder with a little milk until smooth, heat the remaining milk and cook a thick pudding while stirring.
  • Stir in the sugar, let it cool slightly and then stir in the quark and sour cream.
  • Prick the dough several times with a fork and spread the pudding filling on top.
  • Process the flour, sugar and melted butter into streusel.
  • Cover the cake with cherries and sprinkle the crumble on top.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 160 ° for about 40 minutes.
