  • 1 tsp Smoked salt
  • 1 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbsp Hot paprika powder
  • 1 tsp Smoked peppers
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper from the mill
  • 1 tsp Cane sugar
  • 3 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • 1 tbsp Honey

Instructions
 

  • Mix smoked salt, paprika powder, smoked paprika, sugar as well as salt and pepper with the oil and massage the wings with it.
  • It is best to let it steep overnight.
  • Brown the wings in a preheated oven at 180 ° C with circulating air for 15 minutes. In the meantime, dissolve the honey and cayenne pepper with a dash of water and brush the wings with it.
  • Bake a total of 10-15 minutes at 200 ° C fan oven and continue brushing - turn in between.
  • When the wings are crispy brown, serve with baked potatoes and BBQ sauce (see my KB).
