Chicken in Onion Cream …
The perfect chicken in onion cream … recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 6 Chicken inner fillets
- Salt and paprika
- Oil
- 3 Fresh onions
- 100 g Creme fraiche Cheese
- 100 g Whipped cream
- Pepper and salt
- Cayenne pepper
- Wash and dry the meat. Season with salt and paprika. Fry on both sides in hot oil.
- Peel the onions and cut into rings. Fry until golden brown in hot fat.
- Grease a flat baking dish. Put the meat inside. Spread the onions on top. Mix the crème fraîche with the cream. Season with pepper, salt and cayenne pepper. Pour over and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes.
