- 6 Chicken legs
- 4 Onions
- 8 size Potatoes
- 150 ml Lemon juice
- 150 ml Olive oil
- 5 Cloves of garlic
- 1 bunch Parsley

- Fresh thyme
- Lemon wedges
Instructions
- Peel the potatoes and cut into large pieces.
- Peel the onions and cut into wedges.
- Peel the garlic and chop it finely.
- Season the chicken drumsticks with salt, pepper and thyme.
- Mix the lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper and olive oil into a marinade.
- Place the chicken drumsticks, potatoes and onions on a dripping pan and cover with the marinade.
- Fry in a preheated oven at 200 ° top / bottom heat for approx. 90 minutes.
- Brush with the marinade again and again at intervals.
- After 60 minutes of cooking, place the lemon wedges on the legs.
- Before serving, sprinkle chopped parsley over the dish.
