For the chicken

  • 1 piece Free range chicken
  • Tavuk Baharati chicken seasoning to taste
  • Any amount of sunflower oil

For the potato salad

  • 1 kilogram Jacket potatoes
  • 1 big Diced onion
  • 5 small Pickled cucumbers pickled
  • 0,5 bunch Chopped parsley
  • 125 g Smoked bacon pens finished product
  • 1 tablespoon Sunflower oil for frying bacon
  • 3 tablespoon Sunflower oil for the salad
  • 4 tablespoon Cucumber water
  • Salt and pepper to taste
