Chicken Out of Oven

for the marinade

  • 5 Potatoes
  • 3 Onions
  • 1 P Sieved tomatos
  • 1 Broccoli
  • 1 tsp Paprika powder
  • Salt pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 120 ml Soy sauce
  • 100 g Honey
  • 3 Garlic cloves, pressed
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 200 ml Chicken broth
  • Salt, pepper to taste
  1. Divide the chicken drumsticks into thighs and legs, season with salt, pepper and paprika powder all over.
  2. Heat some olive oil in a pan and fry the chicken pieces on both sides for about 3 minutes.
  3. Peel the potatoes and cut in halves or quarters depending on the size.
  4. Peel and quarter the onions.
  5. Pluck broccoli into florets.
  6. For the marinade, mix the soy sauce, honey, garlic cloves, oregano, chili powder, salt, pepper and chicken stock in a bowl.
  7. Place the potatoes and onions in a baking dish and divide the tomatoes.
  8. Now place the chicken pieces on the potatoes and distribute three-quarters of the marinade evenly over the chicken pieces.
  9. Bake the whole thing for 30 minutes on the middle rack in the preheated oven at 200 ° top and bottom heat, until the chicken is almost cooked.
  10. Now add the broccoli florets and drizzle everything with the rest of the marinade.
  11. Bake for 20 – 30 minutes until the chicken is completely cooked through.
  12. The chicken pieces should always be on top so that they get nice and crispy.
