Ingredients
for the marinade
- 5 Potatoes
- 3 Onions
- 1 P Sieved tomatoes
- 1 Broccoli
- 1 tsp Paprika powder
- Salt pepper
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 120 ml Soy sauce
- 100 g Honey
- 3 Garlic cloves, pressed
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 200 ml Chicken broth
- Salt, pepper to taste
Instructions
- Divide the chicken drumsticks into thighs and legs, season with salt, pepper and paprika powder all over.
- Heat some olive oil in a pan and fry the chicken pieces on both sides for about 3 minutes.
- Peel the potatoes and cut in halves or quarters depending on the size.
- Peel and quarter the onions.
- Pluck broccoli into florets.
- For the marinade, mix the soy sauce, honey, garlic cloves, oregano, chili powder, salt, pepper and chicken stock in a bowl.
- Place the potatoes and onions in a baking dish and divide the tomatoes.
- Now place the chicken pieces on the potatoes and distribute three-quarters of the marinade evenly over the chicken pieces.
- Bake the whole thing for 30 minutes on the middle rack in the preheated oven at 200 ° top and bottom heat, until the chicken is almost cooked.
- Now add the broccoli florets and drizzle everything with the rest of the marinade.
- Bake for 20 - 30 minutes until the chicken is completely cooked through.
- The chicken pieces should always be on top so that they get nice and crispy.
