Ingredients
 

for the marinade

  • 5 Potatoes
  • 3 Onions
  • 1 P Sieved tomatoes
  • 1 Broccoli
  • 1 tsp Paprika powder
  • Salt pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 120 ml Soy sauce
  • 100 g Honey
  • 3 Garlic cloves, pressed
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 200 ml Chicken broth
  • Salt, pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Divide the chicken drumsticks into thighs and legs, season with salt, pepper and paprika powder all over.
  • Heat some olive oil in a pan and fry the chicken pieces on both sides for about 3 minutes.
  • Peel the potatoes and cut in halves or quarters depending on the size.
  • Peel and quarter the onions.
  • Pluck broccoli into florets.
  • For the marinade, mix the soy sauce, honey, garlic cloves, oregano, chili powder, salt, pepper and chicken stock in a bowl.
  • Place the potatoes and onions in a baking dish and divide the tomatoes.
  • Now place the chicken pieces on the potatoes and distribute three-quarters of the marinade evenly over the chicken pieces.
  • Bake the whole thing for 30 minutes on the middle rack in the preheated oven at 200 ° top and bottom heat, until the chicken is almost cooked.
  • Now add the broccoli florets and drizzle everything with the rest of the marinade.
  • Bake for 20 - 30 minutes until the chicken is completely cooked through.
  • The chicken pieces should always be on top so that they get nice and crispy.
