  • 1 bunch Spring onion
  • 400 g Red peppers
  • 800 g Chicken breast fillet
  • 2,5 teaspoon Curry paste red or yellow
  • 2,5 teaspoon Curry powder
  • 500 ml Coconut milk
  • Salt
  • Pepper


  • Clean and wash the spring onions and cut into rings. Wash the peppers, remove the seeds and the white inner skin and cut into strips.
  • Wash the chicken breast fillet, pat dry and cut into cubes.
  • Fry the chicken breast fillet in oil, add the curry powder, curry paste and the vegetables and fry with them. Finally pour in the coconut milk and simmer for 5 minutes and season with salt and pepper. Rice goes well with it.
