Ingredients
- 1 bunch Spring onion
- 400 g Red peppers
- 800 g Chicken breast fillet
- 2,5 teaspoon Curry paste red or yellow
- 2,5 teaspoon Curry powder
- 500 ml Coconut milk
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Clean and wash the spring onions and cut into rings. Wash the peppers, remove the seeds and the white inner skin and cut into strips.
- Wash the chicken breast fillet, pat dry and cut into cubes.
- Fry the chicken breast fillet in oil, add the curry powder, curry paste and the vegetables and fry with them. Finally pour in the coconut milk and simmer for 5 minutes and season with salt and pepper. Rice goes well with it.
