  • 1,3 kg Chicken wings

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients except freezer bag with clamp and chicken wings in a bowl and let soak for about 5 minutes Yes, and fresh ingredients can also be used, I prefer to use my own dried and powdered ingredients for my marinades.
  • In the meantime, rinse the wings off and dry and layer them in the freezer bag
  • Stir the marinade again well and put it in the freezer bag next to the wings. Close the bag and massage in well once
  • Leave the wings in the marinade in the fridge overnight, turn and knead every now and then
  • If the weather cooperates, put it on the grill and turn it over until crispy brown and fry through
  • If the weather does not cooperate, preheat the oven to 180 ° C top / bottom heat and place the wings in a dripping pan or roasting tray and fry for about 40 minutes, turning once halfway through the roasting time
  • Good hunger - no matter what the weather is like
