  • 600 g Chopped chicken
  • 2 tablespoon Tomato paste
  • 150 g Cream cheese
  • 1 pinch Sweet paprika powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 little White pepper

  • 0,5 head Iceberg lettuce cut into strips
  • 1 packet Cream cheese
  • 2 piece Tomatoes cut into half slices
  • 1 pack Wrap bread
  • 1 pack Grated Gouda cheese

Preparations

  • Mix the chicken and the remaining ingredients for the marinade together. Put everything in a pan with a tablespoon of oil and fry everything at a high, but not the highest temperature, until the chicken is cooked through.

  • Place the wrap bread on a plate and brush with cream cheese, add cheese, lettuce, pieces of tomato and meat. Roll up everything and enjoy. If you like, you can place the wrap in a contact grill for a few minutes until the bread becomes crispy. The variant without a contact grill is also very tasty.
