Ingredients
 

  • 4 Discs Chicken schnitzel
  • Salt and pepper
  • 400 g Cream cheese 3.5% fat
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 200 ml Cream 10% fat
  • 0,5 bunch Chopped parsley
  • 8 Discs Breakfast bacon
  • 1 El Oil

Instructions
 

  • Season the chicken schnitzel with salt and pepper. Mix the cream cheese with salt, pepper, lemon juice and 2 tablespoons of cream. Fold in half of the parsley.
  • Put 2 tablespoons of filling on each schnitzel, place the bacon on top, fold it up and stick it together with wooden skewers.
  • Heat the oil in a pan and fry the schnitzel on both sides for about 6-8 minutes. Remove from the pan and keep warm.
  • Mix the remaining filling and the cream with the meat stock and bring to the boil. Add the parsley. Arrange the schnitzel with the sauce on plates. Serve with pasta or fried potatoes.
