Chicory, Apple and Pepper Salad

- 1 Chicory
- 1 Apple
- 0,5 Red pepper
- 1 Onion
- 3 Tbsp. Oil
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 tsp. Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. 8 Kräuter TK
- Balsamic cream
- From oil, vinegar, 2 tbsp. Make a dressin with water, sugar, salt, pepper and frozen herbs.
- Peel the onion, dice it finely and add it to the dressing.
- Wash the paprika, peel and core the apple, cut everything into small cubes and add to the dressing.
- Remove the stalk from the chicory, put some leaves back, and cut the remaining leaves into slices, mix with the other ingredients, decorate with the leaves, pour over the balsamic vinegar and serve.
