Ingredients
- 450 g Beef first meal
- 2 Onions
- 1 tbsp Chili oil
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 can Kidney beans approx. 200 g
- 1 can Chopped tomatoes about 300 g
- 1 dL Meat bouillon
- 3 Peperoncini
- 1 tsp Cinnamon or half a stick of cinnamon
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 20 g Dark chocolate
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Cut the meat into approx. 1 cm cubes. Chop the onions. Fry the meat with the onions in a large pan in oil and season.
- Rinse the beans and drain them well. Add to the meat with the tomatoes and stock. Bring to the boil and then reduce the heat.
- Core, finely chop the peperoncini and add with the cinnamon. Squeeze in the garlic. Cover and simmer over low heat for about 2 hours.
- Chop the chocolate, add and melt while stirring.
- Goes well with it: toasted bread / we had swollen potatoes from the day before, in the oven, well seasoned with cheese gratin.
