  • 100 ml Lukewarm water
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 0,5 cube Yeast
  • Main dough:
  • 500 g Flour

Instructions

  • Make a pre-dough from the first 4 ingredients and let it stand for about 3 hours at room temperature. The pre-dough can also stand overnight, which gives the bread a different flavor.

  • Knead the dough again and shape it into a loaf of bread and let it rest for another 45 minutes. Preheat the oven to 200 °.
  • Now brush the dough with water and sprinkle with grains as desired. Cut into the bread and put it in the hot oven. Immediately turn the oven down to 170 °. After 20 minutes, spray the bread again with water and bake for another 20-25 minutes
