Ingredients
 

  • 2 Peeled potatoes approx. 160 g
  • Salt
  • 1 Egg
  • 200 ml Milk
  • Some butter
  • Ground pepper white
  • Nutmeg
  • 20 stem Chives fresh
  • 5 Daisy

Instructions
 

  • Peel and wash the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Cook in boiling salted water. Boil the egg for 10 minutes, quench.
  • Heat the milk. Drain the potatoes. Puree with butter and a little milk. Stir in the rest of the milk. Season with pepper and nutmeg.
  • Wash the chives, shake dry and cut into thin rolls. Put some of it aside. Add the rest to the soup and stir in. Wash the daisies and shake dry.
  • Put the soup on a plate. Roughly chop half an egg and place in the center of the plate. Scatter the rest of the chives over the top. Garnish with cookies' favorite flowers 😉
