Ingredients for the dough
- 250 g Flour
- 150 g Margarine
- 125 g Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 0,5 packet Baking powder
- 2 tbsp Cocoa powder slightly de-oiled
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 glass Morello cherries cored and drained
Ingredients for the topping
- 150 g Flour
- 100 g Sugar
- 100 g Margarine
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
Instructions
- Drain the cherries well
- Mix the flour with cocoa, baking powder and salt.
- Mix the margarine with sugar until frothy and fold in the eggs one by one. Gradually stir in the mixed flour. Carefully fold in the well-drained cherries with a spoon. Spread the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- For the crumble mix the ingredients well with a spoon and spread over the cherry batter. Meanwhile preheat the oven to 190 ° C. Then in the oven for 35 minutes!
