  • 2 tbsp Flaxseed crushed
  • 1 tbsp Lean cottage cheese
  • 50 ml Cream 10% fat
  • 2 tbsp Liquid butter
  • 3 tbsp Cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp Sweetener / stevia

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
  • Mix all ingredients together.
  • Butter the heat-resistant bowl.
  • Pour the mixture into the bowl.
  • Approx. 20 minutes in the oven.
