Chocolate dough

  • 4 Eggs
  • 3 tablespoon Cocoa
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 100 ml Oil
  • 200 g Sugar
  • 150 Flour
  • 2 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet Baking powder

chocolate cream

  • 400 ml Whipped cream
  • 500 g Mascarpone
  • 3 tablespoon Milka nut nougt cream

Chocolate Ganache

  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 200 g Milk chocolate

  1. Preheat oven to 200 ° C O / U heat. Line the baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. For the cake, stir the eggs and sugar for about 2 minutes until frothy. Add the remaining ingredients and stir well. Place the dough on the prepared baking sheet, smooth it out and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes. Then let it cool down on a wire rack and carefully peel off the baking paper.
  3. Place the cake base on a wooden board or something similar. Put a baking frame around the base.
  4. For the cream, mix or whip the whipped cream with the mascarpone. Then add the nut nougat cream and stir. Pour the cream on the base and smooth it out. Then let the cake rest in the refrigerator for about 2-3 hours.
  5. For the ganache, heat the whipped cream in the saucepan, do not bring to the boil. Remove the pot from the oven. Add the chocolate, broken into pieces, to the cream and melt while stirring.
  6. Remove the cake from the refrigerator and carefully spread the ganache on the surface. Then put again in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
  7. Before serving, decorate with glitter snow and sugar stars and cut into pieces.
