Ingredients

  • 200 g Low fat quark
  • 1 piece Strawberry
  • 1 tsp Baking cocoa
  • 4 g Dark chocolate 81%

Instructions
 

  • Beat the egg whites until stiff
  • Mix the quark with the sweetener. Stir in the ice snow
  • Put 2 tablespoons of the mass aside.
  • Mix cocoa powder into the larger amount.
  • Put in a dessert bowl
  • Put the amount to be taken as a "icing on the cake".
  • Quarter the strawberry and decorate it.
  • Grate some dark chocolate over it and place the remaining piece in the middle of the strawberries.
