Ingredients
- 2 piece Egg white
- 200 g Low fat quark
- 1 piece Strawberry
- 1 tsp Baking cocoa
- 4 g Dark chocolate 81%
Instructions
- Beat the egg whites until stiff
- Mix the quark with the sweetener. Stir in the ice snow
- Put 2 tablespoons of the mass aside.
- Mix cocoa powder into the larger amount.
- Put in a dessert bowl
- Put the amount to be taken as a "icing on the cake".
- Quarter the strawberry and decorate it.
- Grate some dark chocolate over it and place the remaining piece in the middle of the strawberries.
