Ingredients
- 3 Pc. Egg Whites
- 100 g Sifted powdered sugar
- 125 g Chocolate Cookies (Bought)
- 100 g Zwieback
- 60 Pc. Wafer paper
- 50 Chocolate pieces (e.g. chocolate chunks)
Instructions
- Beat the egg whites until stiff
- Stir in the icing sugar
- Put the cookies and rusks in a freezer bag and beat them with a meat mallet until everything is crumbled into small pieces
- If you like it very chocolatey, you can mix in chocolate pieces (I used chocolate chunks)
- Spread the baking wafers with SPACING on a baking sheet lined with baking paper (the cookies spread apart during baking)
- Place small heaps on the baking wafers with two teaspoons
- Bake at 150 degrees fan-assisted (preheated) for about 20 minutes
