Ingredients
- 300 g Spelt flour type 630
- 4 tsp Tartar baking powder
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 150 g Raw cane sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 3 Pc. Eggs
- 300 ml Buttermilk
- 80 g Kaba powder with raw cane sugar or 50 g cocoa powder
Instructions
- For the dough, simply mix all the ingredients into a batter. Place in a pan lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees top / bottom heat (or 160 degrees fan-assisted air) for about 15-20 minutes.
- Let the cake cool down and decorate as desired, e.g. with a chocolate glaze, sprinkles, etc.
