Chopped Bean Soup with Smoked Meat

Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Beans, chopped
  • 4 Potatoes
  • 1 Fresh onion
  • Savory stem
  • 200 g Jerky meat
  • 2 Pair Smoked sausages
  • 200 g Kassler, smoked
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch

Instructions
 

  • Chop the beans, peel the potatoes and wash them into larger pieces, and first put the potatoes, then the beans in the pot and pour water just above the beans. Add the savory and bring to the boil.
  • Cook the sausages with the smoked pork, fry the beef in the pan without fat and then cook with it.
  • Simmer for about 20 minutes and thicken with cornstarch.
  • Now season the soup with the salt, as the meat is smoked.
