  • 180 g Butter
  • 100 g Powdered sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 300 g Flour
  • 70 g Ground hazelnuts
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa powder
  • 300 g Dark couverture chocolate

  • Put the butter, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and egg in a bowl and whisk with the hand mixer. Mix the flour, hazelnuts and cocoa powder and stir into the butter mixture using the dough hook of the hand mixer until it is smooth.
  • Pour the dough into a piping bag (with a star nozzle) and press approx. 4 cm long sticks onto baking sheets lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees (or fan oven 180 degrees) for about 10 - 12 minutes. Pull from the baking sheet and let cool down.
  • Melt the couverture in a hot water bath and dip the sticks with both ends in the couverture. Alternatively, you can also use white chocolate.
