Ingredients

  • 4 Egg Whites
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 250 g Powdered sugar
  • 0,5 bottle Orange flavor
  • 6 tbsp Elderberry juice
  • 350 g Coconut flakes
  • 1 Parchment paper

or .

  • 1 packet Wafer paper

Instructions

  • Beat egg whites with salt until stiff, add powdered sugar & flavoring.
  • Fold in coconut flakes & elderberry juice.
  • Place 2 teaspoons in small heaps on baking paper or wafers. Now bake at 150 ° C for about 30 minutes. Tip: so that they don't get too dark on top, I put parchment paper on after 20 minutes.
  • So that the mountains have a nice summit, I push something down here or there.
  • If you are wondering why elderberry juice, I advise you to give it a try, the mountains look so much more natural and are always better than chemistry.
