  • 250 g Butter
  • 200 g Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 packet Bourbon vanilla sugar
  • 500 g Flour


  • Beat the butter in a bowl until frothy. Then add the sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs.
  • Now slowly stir in the flour into the dough until a smooth mass is formed. Then let the dough rest for 1 hour.
  • After the resting time, roll out the dough with the rolling pin and cut out molds. Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
