Additionally:
- 4 Pc. Egg yolk
- 200 g Butter
- 125 g Raw cane sugar
- 20 g Vanilla sugar
- Powdered sugar
Instructions
- Knead the ingredients for the dough in the food processor to form a smooth dough. If it is too soft, refrigerate for half an hour. Roll the dough into approx. Finger-thick strands and cut into approx. 5 cm long pieces with a knife.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees top / bottom heat for about 13 minutes. Dust with icing sugar while it is still warm.
