Ingredients
liver
- 4 slices Pork liver
- 4 slices Flour
- Salt
- Pepper
Chutney
- 12 tbsp Vinegar
- 8 tbsp Sugar
- 4 tbsp Raisins
- 1 tsp Mustard seeds
- 1 tsp Ground ginger
- 0,5 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 2 Onions
- 4 Apples
Instructions

- Peel the onions and apples and cut both into small cubes.
- Bring the vinegar with the sugar, raisins, mustard seeds, the spices and the onion to a boil.
- Now add the apples to the stock and let everything simmer for about 5 minutes, season with salt and pepper.

- Wash the liver, pat dry, turn in a little flour and fry on both sides in a pan with hot oil - only then season with salt and pepper
Serving
- We ate the apple potato purée from my cookbook with it Apple potato purée
- Put the puree in the middle, cut the liver into oblique slices and serve with the cutney.
