Ingredients
Ciabatta - bread rolls
- 7 g Fresh yeast
- 225 ml Lukewarm water
- 1 tsp Raw cane sugar
- 400 g Ciabatta organic flour (soft wheat flour)
- 5 g Salt
- 5 tbsp Oil
Instructions
- Take a mixing bowl / food processor and add the crumbled fresh yeast, lukewarm water and the raw cane sugar. Mix everything together. Then add the remaining ingredients and knead or knead for about 5 minutes.
- Lightly flour the work surface and place the bread roll dough on top. Knead once with clean hands, shape and transfer to a bowl that is placed in a warm place and let REST for one (1) hour. After WALKING, place the bread roll dough again on the floured work surface and grind it round.
- Shape into pieces of the same size halfway and flour. Put on a floured magic stone or something similar, cover and let RISE again for about 30 minutes in a warm place. In the meantime, preheat the oven to 220 ° degrees top / bottom heat.
- When it is preheated, add the whole thing and bake for about 20 minutes. Then take it out and let it cool down.
