Process the flour, sugar, salt, egg, butter, baking powder and the spices quickly into a smooth dough, wrap in foil and refrigerate for approx. 1 hour.
Roll out the dough on a floured work surface to a thickness of approx. 3 mm and cut out flowers, also cut out every second cookie with a star shape in the middle.
Place the biscuits on baking sheets lined with baking paper and bake in the preheated oven to 200 ° C - O / U heat for approx. 12 minutes. Then leave to cool on a wire rack.
Dust the cut out cookies with powdered sugar. Warm up the jelly slightly and spread it over the whole biscuits, put them together and press lightly.
Place the cookies in a tin can for storage.
