Cinnamon Rolls or Sweet Rolls

Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 60 g Butter
  • 300 ml Milk
  • 0,5 cube Harbor
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • For the filling
  • 100 g Butter
  • 4 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinammon
  • Cream to spread

Instructions
 

  • Warm up the milk, dissolve the yeast and sugar in the milk. Add the yeast milk to the other ingredients and work everything into a smooth dough. Let the dough rise for 45 minutes.
  • After rising, knead the dough again and then divide it into 8 pieces. Roll out each piece of yeast into an oval, about 0.3 cm thin.
  • For the filling, melt the butter in the microwave. Mix the sugar and cinnamon. Now brush each yeast piece with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Roll up tightly and lay in a snail, the end down. Place the snails on a tray and let rise for 45 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 175 °. Before putting the tray in the oven, coat the snails with Sajne. Bake the snails for 15-20 minutes.
