Ingredients
 

  • 1 lb Beef
  • 0,5 lb Meatbones
  • 1 bunch Soup greens fresh
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 2 Peppercorns
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 bunch Chopped parsley
  • 2,5 L Water cold

Instructions
 

  • Clean bones and soup greens
  • Place the bones, soup greens, onions, bay leaf, peppercorns and salt with the cold water in a large saucepan.
  • Rinse the meat under running water. When the broth starts to boil, place the meat in the broth.
  • Put the lid on the saucepan and let it simmer over a low heat for 3-3.5 hours
  • The broth is then poured through a sieve.
  • Chop the bunch of parsley and add to the broth.
