Sbuchjate e cipolle
- Cunsiglii d'asparagus
- 1 conchiglia Arugula
- 1 conchiglia Fragole fresche
- 1 conchiglia Lamponi freschi
- 4 pc Mini tomates
- Acitu balsamicu di lampone
- Oliu di colza
- Salt
- Pepite da u macinatu
- Zuccaru di canna
Instructions
- Clean and wash the rocket, wash the strawberries and raspberries. Halve the strawberries. Wash tomatoes and cut into halves if necessary. Dressing: raspberry balsamic vinegar, oil, salt, pepper and a little sugar. Arrange the salad on the plate and spread the dressing on top. Boil asparagus tips (I don’t have any information on the amount because I had a bag of fresh asparagus tips and took a handful of them for the salad) for about 10 minutes and distribute them on the plates.
