  • 150 g Butter
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 3 Egg
  • 150 g Desiccated coconut
  • 200 g Sifted flour
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 2 tbsp Unsweetened cocoa
  • 50 g Chocolate sprinkle flakes
  • 1 tsp Ground cinnamon


  • 100 g Dark couverture
  • 50 g Desiccated coconut
  • 30 g Butter



  • Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Mix the butter, sugar and eggs until frothy. Stir the flour and baking powder through a sieve, mix with the desiccated coconut, cinnamon, cocoa and chocolate and mix everything into a smooth dough. Place paper liners in a muffin tin and divide the batter on top. Bake for about 30 minutes. Chopstick sample


  • Melt the couverture with the butter in a water bath, stirring again and again. When the muffins are done, apply the couverture immediately with a spoon, then sprinkle with desiccated coconut.
