Ingredients
- 250 g Flour
- 250 g Sugar
- 250 g Butter, soft
- 200 g Desiccated coconut
- 1 Pc. Egg
- 2 pinch Salt
- 5 g Baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 190 ° C fan-assisted air.
- Beat the butter, sugar, salt and egg until frothy. Add the flour, baking powder and desiccated coconut and stir into an even batter.
- Use two spoons or your hands to place walnut-sized balls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, making sure there is a little space between them, as the last ones are a bit wide.
- Bake the cookies at 190 degrees air circulation for about 10-15 minutes. Then store the finished, cooled cookies in a tin.
