Ingredients
 

  • 250 g Flour
  • 250 g Sugar
  • 250 g Butter, soft
  • 200 g Desiccated coconut
  • 1 Pc. Egg
  • 2 pinch Salt
  • 5 g Baking powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 190 ° C fan-assisted air.
  • Beat the butter, sugar, salt and egg until frothy. Add the flour, baking powder and desiccated coconut and stir into an even batter.
  • Use two spoons or your hands to place walnut-sized balls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, making sure there is a little space between them, as the last ones are a bit wide.
  • Bake the cookies at 190 degrees air circulation for about 10-15 minutes. Then store the finished, cooled cookies in a tin.
