Coconut Guglhupf

The perfect coconut guglhupf recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Margarine
  • 250 g Sugar
  • 1 P Vanilla sugar
  • 5 Eggs
  • 400 g Flour
  • 1 P Baking powder
  • 100 g Coconut flakes
  • 400 ml Coconut milk
  • 0,5 tube Almond baking flavor
  • Chocolate icing as desired
  • Margarine and flour for the mold
  1. Grease and flour the baking pan, preheat the oven to 175 degrees top-bottom heat.
  2. Mix the margarine with the vanilla sugar and sugar until frothy, gradually stir in the eggs.
  3. Mix the flour with baking powder, stir with the baking flavor, coconut flakes and coconut milk into the foam mixture.
  4. Fill the dough into the mold and put it in the oven for about 60 minutes.
  5. After the baking time, turn the cake out of the mold and cover with chocolate icing if you like.
