Coconut Guglhupf
The perfect coconut guglhupf recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Margarine
- 250 g Sugar
- 1 P Vanilla sugar
- 5 Eggs
- 400 g Flour
- 1 P Baking powder
- 100 g Coconut flakes
- 400 ml Coconut milk
- 0,5 tube Almond baking flavor
- Chocolate icing as desired
- Margarine and flour for the mold
- Grease and flour the baking pan, preheat the oven to 175 degrees top-bottom heat.
- Mix the margarine with the vanilla sugar and sugar until frothy, gradually stir in the eggs.
- Mix the flour with baking powder, stir with the baking flavor, coconut flakes and coconut milk into the foam mixture.
- Fill the dough into the mold and put it in the oven for about 60 minutes.
- After the baking time, turn the cake out of the mold and cover with chocolate icing if you like.
