Ingredients
- 300 ml Cremefine for whipping
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 400 ml Coconut milk
- 400 g Pineapple pieces
- N.B desiccated coconut
Instructions
- Beat the Cremefine with the sugar and vanilla sugar until stiff.
- Add the coconut milk and briefly whip again.
- Carefully fold in the well-drained pineapple pieces (if you like, you can add desiccated coconut if you like) and fill into dessert glasses.
- Chill until ready to eat.
