Coconut Pineapple Dessert

Ingredients
 

  • 300 ml Cremefine for whipping
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 400 ml Coconut milk
  • 400 g Pineapple pieces
  • N.B desiccated coconut

Instructions
 

  • Beat the Cremefine with the sugar and vanilla sugar until stiff.
  • Add the coconut milk and briefly whip again.
  • Carefully fold in the well-drained pineapple pieces (if you like, you can add desiccated coconut if you like) and fill into dessert glasses.
  • Chill until ready to eat.
