Coconut Pudding

The perfect coconut pudding recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Can (400g) Coconut milk
  • 250 ml Coconut drink (or soy milk ect.)
  • 40 g Food starch
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 50 g Coconut flakes
  1. Put coconut milk and coconut drink in a saucepan and mix. Remove approx. 50 ml of it and mix with the starch.
  2. Add the sugar and salt to the pan and heat the whole thing.
  3. Shortly before cooking, pour in the starch and stir well with a whisk.
  4. Reduce the heat and let the pudding simmer for about 1-2 minutes while stirring.
  5. At the end stir in the coconut flakes and divide the pudding into 4 bowls. Let cool down briefly and then leave to cool in the refrigerator.
  6. Before serving, refine the coconut pudding with coconut flakes, chocolate, fruit or fruit puree as you wish.
