Coconut Pudding
The perfect coconut pudding recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Can (400g) Coconut milk
- 250 ml Coconut drink (or soy milk ect.)
- 40 g Food starch
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 50 g Coconut flakes
- Put coconut milk and coconut drink in a saucepan and mix. Remove approx. 50 ml of it and mix with the starch.
- Add the sugar and salt to the pan and heat the whole thing.
- Shortly before cooking, pour in the starch and stir well with a whisk.
- Reduce the heat and let the pudding simmer for about 1-2 minutes while stirring.
- At the end stir in the coconut flakes and divide the pudding into 4 bowls. Let cool down briefly and then leave to cool in the refrigerator.
- Before serving, refine the coconut pudding with coconut flakes, chocolate, fruit or fruit puree as you wish.
