Cod Fillet with Onion Vegetables and Peppers Cooked in Oven

Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Cod fillet
  • 1 Red pepper
  • 1 bunch Spring onions
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 1 pinch Salt and pepper
  • 1 splash Lemon juice
  • 1 pinch Dried marjoram
  • 1 pinch Thyme freeze dried
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Clean and cut the vegetables and mix with herbs.
  • Place a sheet of parchment paper in a baking dish. Place the fish on top and sprinkle with lemon juice. Salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and spread the vegetables over it.
  • Fold the excess baking paper over the whole thing and weigh it down with a small bowl filled with water. Cook in the oven at 150 ° C for approx. 30-40 minutes.
  • We also had homemade hash browns.
