Ingredients
- 500 g Cod fillet
- 1 Red pepper
- 1 bunch Spring onions
- 1 Red Onion
- 1 pinch Salt and pepper
- 1 splash Lemon juice
- 1 pinch Dried marjoram
- 1 pinch Thyme freeze dried
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
- Clean and cut the vegetables and mix with herbs.
- Place a sheet of parchment paper in a baking dish. Place the fish on top and sprinkle with lemon juice. Salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and spread the vegetables over it.
- Fold the excess baking paper over the whole thing and weigh it down with a small bowl filled with water. Cook in the oven at 150 ° C for approx. 30-40 minutes.
- We also had homemade hash browns.
