  • 1 tsp Orange peel
  • 1 tsp Aniseed
  • 1 tsp Ground ginger
  • 1 tsp Ground cumin
  • 1 tsp Coriander
  • 1 tsp Fennel seeds
  • 1 tsp Dried lavender flowers
  • 1 tsp Cocoa powder

Instructions
 

Spice mix:

  • Measure and combine all ingredients exactly and pestle them lightly.

Use:
