Ingredients
- 0,5 Fresh white cabbage
- 2 Carrots
- 1 Onion
- 2 tbsp White wine vinegar
- 250 g Mayonnaise 80% fat
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- Salt
- Pepper from the grinder
Instructions
- Grate half the cabbage (or buy small ones) and the carrots in a bowl. Add the diced onion and then season with salt, pepper, sugar and vinegar. Let the whole stand for about 1 hour and at the end, if there is water, pour it off. Now stir in the majo.
- I always take 2 majo cups from the cooling shelf, but that's a matter of taste. Now if necessary. Season or season to taste and let it steep again for approx. 1 hour. Goes great with burgers or steak.
