Colorful Mushroom Pan

Ingredients
 

  • 250 g White mushrooms
  • 190 g 1 Red pepper, cleaned
  • 15 g 1 Red chilli pepper / cleaned
  • 15 g 1 piece of ginger peeled
  • 5 g 1 clove of garlic
  • 250 g Ground beef
  • 2 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 400 g 1 can of tomatoes finely chopped
  • 140 g 1 can of corn / drained weight
  • 46 g 1 sachet of Fix Tomato Bolognese
  • 2 tsp Mild curry powder
  • 2 tsp Red curry paste
  • 165 ml 1 small can of coconut milk
  • 400 ml Water
  • 100 ml Cooking cream
  • 2 tbsp Sweet soy sauce
  • 0,5 tsp Glutamate / alternatively ½ teaspoon instant chicken broth
  • 0,5 tsp Sambal oelek
  • 1 big pinch Salt
  • 1 big pinch Sugar
  • 1 Cup Finely chopped parsley

Instructions
 

  • Clean / brush the mushrooms, remove the stems, cut in half and cut each into 3 parts. Clean, wash and dice the peppers. Clean / core the chilli pepper, wash and finely dice. Peel and finely dice the ginger and clove of garlic. Drain the corn well. Wash the parsley, shake dry and finely cut. Heat sunflower oil (2 tbsp) in a large pan and fry the minced beef in it until crumbly. Add the chilli peppers, garlic clove cubes, ginger cubes and tomato paste (2 tbsp) and fry everything / stir fry. Now add the vegetables (diced onions, diced paprika and mushroom sticks) one after the other and sauté / stir-fry. Now add the can of finely chopped tomatoes (400 g), can of corn (140 g), sachets of Fix Tomato Bolognese, mild curry powder (2 teaspoons) and red curry paste (2 teaspoons) and fry / stir-fry everything. Deglaze / pour in the coconut milk (165 ml), water (400 ml). Let everything simmer gently for approx. 12-15 minutes. Stir again and again. Finally stir in the cooking cream (100 ml), add sweet soy sauce (2 tbsp), glutamate (½ teaspoon / alternatively ½ teaspoon instant chicken broth), sambal oelek (½ teaspoon), salt (1 big pinch) and sugar (1 big pinch) Season and fold in the finely chopped parsley (1 cup). Serve the colorful mushroom pan with baguette.
