Colorful Sausage Pan

The perfect colorful sausage pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Colorful sausage pan

  • 300 g Potatoes
  • 1 Green peppers small
  • 1 Yellow peppers, small
  • 1 pack Franconian style sausages
  • 2 tbsp Roast – olive (oil)
  • 1 Pair Tomatoes small
  • Salt, gourmet pepper, paprika powder to taste
  1. First put the potatoes in a saucepan with lightly salted water. Bring this to a boil and cook in it for about 20 minutes. Then drain and let cool down a bit. Then peel and quarter lengthways. Put in a pan with the roast olive (OIL).
  2. Quarter both kinds of peppers, remove the stem end, remove the seeds and the white walls as well and cut into strips. Then add to the potatoes in the pan. Cut Franconian sausages into wide slices. Halve the small tomatoes and add them as well.
  3. Fry everything at not too high a heat / temperature. Season with the spices and then serve everything together on a flat plate.
