Ingredients
- 150 g Cooked spaghetti
- 0,5 piece Yellow pepper
- 0,5 piece Green pepper
- 0,5 piece Cucumber
- 2 piece Fresh tomatoes
- 1 piece Diced onion
- 1 piece Clove of garlic large
- 1 teaspoon Freshly chopped thyme
- 0,5 bunch Chopped parsley until smooth
- 1 piece Chili pepper finely chopped
- Salt to taste
- 3 piece Free range eggs
- 2 tablespoon Virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Clean and dice the vegetables according to the type. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the onions, chilli and garlic chopped a little. Add the vegetables and sweat with them.
- Mix in the salts to taste and 1 teaspoon thyme. Now add the spaghetti, cooked firm to the bite, sieved and fry everything together again. Taste well.
- Whisk the eggs and mix with a little salt and 1 tablespoon of parsley. Pour over the spaghetti and vegetable mixture and let it set. Finally sprinkle everything with chopped parsley and serve. Good Appetite.
