Ingredients
- 400 g Sliced turkey
- 250 g Sour cream
- 300 g Long grain rice
- 1 can Corn
- 1 bunch Spring onions fresh
- 2 Fresh onion
- 4 Red peppers
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Sweet paprika
- 1 tsp Curry powder
Instructions
- Wash two peppers and cut into cubes, peel the onions and cut into half rings. Wash the spring onions and cut into rings. Put the sliced turkey in a pan with oil .
- Put the sour cream and the two peppers in a container and puree with the blender and then only add to the vegetables in the pan. Then add salt, pepper, paprika powder and curry powder
- Put the rice in a pot with water and let it boil with the salt until it is firm and then serve with the mixed vegetable pan (see picture). Enjoy your meal
