  • 300 g Long grain rice

  • 4 Red peppers

  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Sweet paprika
  • 1 tsp Curry powder

Instructions
 

  • Wash two peppers and cut into cubes, peel the onions and cut into half rings. Wash the spring onions and cut into rings. Put the sliced ​​turkey in a pan with oil .
  • Put the sour cream and the two peppers in a container and puree with the blender and then only add to the vegetables in the pan. Then add salt, pepper, paprika powder and curry powder
