  • 150 g Butter
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 80 g Brown sugar
  • 30 g White sugar
  • 2 Pinch of salt
  • 3 tbsp Milk or cream
  • 240 g Flour

  • Knead all the ingredients into a dough.
  • Knead in chocolate drops, sugar sprinkles, caramel cubes, cocoa nibs, smarties, marshmallows or the like with a spatula. You can also welzen the cookoe dough in brittle, cocoa, etc.
  • Eat immediately or keep in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • Depending on whether you want to shape something like balls or cookie dough to spoon, you should use more or less milk. When storing in the refrigerator, do not put the lid on the jar completely so that the dough does not get too moist. Or cover with cling film and leave a small opening
