Ingredients

  • 100 g Butter
  • 200 g Nougat mass
  • 1 piece Organic egg
  • 1 piece Vanilla sugar
  • 300 g Wheat flour type 550
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 cl Brandy
  • 200 g Mulled wine jelly*
  • Decoration as desired

Instructions

  • Make a heavy batter out of butter, nougat mixture, egg, vanilla sugar, flour, salt and brandy. Put this in the cold for about 2 hours.
  • Roll out the dough thinly in portions between two layers of cling film and cut out small stars.
  • Place the stars on a baking sheet lined with paper or foil, preheat the oven and bake the cookies at 175 degrees for about 10-15 minutes.
  • After cooling, fill one star with mulled wine jelly (stock: mulled wine jelly), cover with a second star and leave to dry overnight.,
  • Decorate the asterisks according to your mood and imagination. Here white couverture was crushed, placed in a plastic bag, then melted in a water bath and a tiny corner of the bag was cut off.
  • The number refers to the number of pieces and not to the portions. ;-)))))
